Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancel anytime. Access runs to the end of the paid period. The rules below are the whole policy — there is no second version in a sales deck.

Cancellation
Any subscription — API pack, All Access, or Suite tier — may be cancelled at any time from the account or by emailing sales@atcstw.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access and quotas continue in full until then. Cancelling never deletes your keys' history or your Suite content during the paid period.
Refunds
Fees for a period already elapsed are not refunded. If we discontinue a product or a dataset your paid tier materially depends on, affected subscribers are offered a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of the period or an equivalent credit, their choice. Charges made in error are refunded in full. Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are refunded for the unused remainder. Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Free tier
The Free tier is free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund; keys may be revoked for breach of the API Terms.
Enterprise
Enterprise cancellation and refund terms are those in the signed agreement, which controls over this page.
