Privacy Policy.
What ATCSTW collects (the minimum), what it never collects, who processes it, and your rights to export or delete it.
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 25, 2026
Who we are
This policy covers atcstw.com, api.atcstw.com, and suite.atcstw.com, operated by ATCSTW. Privacy questions: data@atcstw.com.
What we collect
Account data. Name, email address, organization, and the plan/tier you hold. Your real name is required only where billing requires it.
Credentials. API keys and Suite keys are stored as hashes. The plaintext key is shown once, at creation, to you.
Usage data. API call logs (endpoint, timestamp, response class, quota state), Suite activity needed to run the tool (lists, pipelines, campaigns you create), and service logs for security and abuse prevention.
Billing data. Handled by Stripe. We receive subscription state, invoices, and payment status — never full card numbers.
What we do not collect. No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no precise location, no data broker purchases about our customers, and no individual-level FEC contributor records — that data is served aggregate-only under 52 U.S.C. § 30111(a)(4) and is not collected in identifiable form.
The public-record data
The datasets ATCSTW serves are public records published by government agencies and registries. Serving them is the business. Where a record concerns an individual acting in a public or official capacity (an officeholder, a filer, a corporate officer named in a filing), it is served as published by the source, with provenance. ATCSTW does not enrich records about private individuals and does not sell personal data.
Who processes data for us (subprocessors)
Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the data platform the API and Suite run on. Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. That is the complete list at publish; additions appear on this page before they take effect.
How long we keep it
Account data for the life of the account plus 12 months. Usage logs 13 months for quota, abuse, and corrections work. Billing records as required by tax and accounting law. Corrections to served data are kept permanently, in public — that permanence is a feature of the corrections system, and it concerns data figures, not your account.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your account data, correction of it, or deletion of your account and its associated data (subject to billing-record retention and legal holds). Requests to data@atcstw.com are answered within 30 days. Deleting your account revokes your keys and ends Suite access at the end of the paid period or immediately, at your choice.
Downstream data
ATCSTW is the data layer beneath the MTCSTW media network. User-activity data from downstream properties is governed by the downstream privacy policy, is aggregated by default with coarse location only, and is never sold. It is not an ATCSTW product input at the individual level.
Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a date, and material changes are announced to account emails before they take effect.
